This guide is a walkthrough of a main quest of the Witcher 3. The guide is composed of a map, map legend, and walkthrough to show readers exactly where to go and what to do to complete the quest.

You’ll trigger these quests when you find Feline School diagrams, or when you find documents relating to them.

Walkthrough

For these quests, you’ll need to find the diagrams for basic Feline School equipment, plus the diagrams for upgrading them. These quests are simple scavenger hunts, so we’re just listing the locations for the diagrams, plus the locations of the documents that reveal background information for why the diagrams came to be hidden. The diagrams are required for the quests, but the documents are optional.

• Laboratory Notebook – Dropped by Mad Kiyan in Temple Isle Dungeon in Novigrad.
  
• Letter to Bartolome de Launay (BAW) – Found behind painting at Villa Vedette in Toussaint North.
  
• Lexandre’s Journal (BAW) – Found in Pits of Brume in Toussaint North.
  
• Mage’s Notes – Found in wrecked ship next to “Guarded Treasure” island off west coast of Novigrad Outskirts.
