For Fame and Glory - Witcher 3 Quest

1 – Necrophage Cave

Background

On Hindarsfjall in The Skellige Isles Northeast, you’ll meet two warriors in front of a cave (#1). Talking to the warriors will trigger the quest.

Walkthrough

The warriors will tell you that there are corpse-eaters in the cave, and that they’re planning to go in and clear them out. When you offer to help, they’ll decide that discretion is the better part of valor, and they’ll allow it. They’ll then push forward, but they’ll stay near you so you can control the pace.

Inside the cave you’ll encounter four ghouls, one alghoul, and two devourers. If you can kill these necrophages while the warriors stay alive, then you’ll earn 60 crowns and 50 xp at the end of the quest. Otherwise, if one or both of the warriors die, then you won’t earn anything.
