You’ll trigger this quest the first time you exit the Royal Palace in Vizima.

Walkthrough

For this quest, you’ll need to defeat three innkeeps in gwent:

Stjepan. He’s the innkeep in Oxenfurt (#1). You’ll receive the unique card Yennefer of Vengerberg (Ranged 7, Healer) and 25 xp when you beat him. He’ll also reveal the final two innkeeps for the quest.
Innkeep at Crossroads inn (#2). You’ll receive the unique card Menno Coehoorn (Close Combat 10, Healer) and 25 xp when you beat him.
Olivier. He’s the innkeep of the Kingfisher in Novigrad (#3). You’ll receive the unique card Tibor Eggebracht (Ranged 10) and 25 xp when you beat him.
