While Hellgate: London was primarily developed by ex-Blizzard employees, it can't quite match the level of polish and production values one expects from a Blizzard game. Pair that with an overlong campaign and slim manual, and you're left with a competent but not overly exciting game. On the other hand, it does have a solid combat engine and lots of options for character development.
